As for the poll, I would fell rested if I didn't hear my wife's alarm go off 3-4 times and the dog barking trying to wake her up.

Well, you must like people more than I do lol. You have a kid and a wife/significant other whereas I only have internet friends and they only get to see me biannually if that

@Thatbassguy since I wrongfully added a poll to your thread in which I was not the OP I think it's only fair if you choose the next poll for this thread

Every contract should have an option year. One where you can go free agent. Hey, the Pro’s do it…right?

I’ve said that before. It should be like a drivers license or anything else that expires every couple years and you have to choose to renew it

I lucked out when I bought my house in 2009.
Was still part of the 1st time home buyer's credit.
Received $8k back that I didn't have to repay. They did a similar credit after that but it had to be repayed.

I'm sure between prenups and renewals there's probably a legal set of loopholes to jump through to make that a reality.

Ain't much of a credit then aye

I bought mine in 2011 for $150k. Sold it 5 years later for $190k. Now it shows as valued at $260k…

I felt like even $150k was a stretch for as cheaply as it was built.

either way, my rent is less than taxes for a lot of people so I can’t complain too much.

That and people who don't have expensive hobbies. I have an apprentice (actually just got his Journeyman's license) who is in his mid 20's and just bought a house. He's very smart with his money.

I feel like I could use some of those pills. :anonymous:

I'm pretty social sometimes. But, sometimes I'll just stand there while people are having a conversation and be completely in my own world. This is especially true when it's a conversation I'm not interested in.
