    Ground effects are not a stock item on any vehicle that was sold in the US. If you want them, just buy a generic ground effects kit.

    Check your local laws on their application.

    Incorrect, all X-runners came with ground effects from the manufacturer.

    Youre telling me that the truck came with an underbody lighting kit that is illegal in most states? Or are you talking about the body kit, which is different than ground effects?

    Man I'm pretty positive the OP is wanting the body kit that comes on these trucks, he mentioned nothing about an under glow kit.
