    getting there....
    depending on the picture you are wanting to use, you can copy the url, go to the user cp page,edit avatar(i think) and paste the url there. im pretty sure thats how i did mine, but i found what i wasted to use by searching thru google. hope this helps.

    go to 'user cp'-klik 'edit avatar'-scroll down to 'option 2 box' and klik 'browse'...then you can retrieve saved pics on your computer there:) once you choose a pic and its URL is showing in the 'option 2' box, klik 'save changes'
