I have a good couple questions for Canadians that have imported US vehicles.

    1. Are the service records transferrable over the border? I'm looking at a 94 pickup for my father in law that was imported from Texas. No sticker anywhere in the engine bay to say the timing belt was done, was hoping with the VIN maybe the dealer could tell me.

    2. When it was imported it got all the typical stuff, DRL's and a km/h gauge cluster. The question I had on the gauges was if it was swapped out, the person who did it wouldn't necessarily have converted the mileage on the odometer would they? From what I figure it would've been just a swap with whatever cluster they could find and with that whatever kilometers happened to be on that cluster. Does this make sense?
