In Channel vent visor removal help

    Can anyone suggest how to get these in channel vent visors out ?!? They are broken and I'd like to replace them. But, i think the previous owner may have glued them in. When i pull them out the weather stripping is getting torn.
    I tried to use a thin piece of plastic and slide up in there but no luck. Any suggestions??
