Here are pics of the one i printed. This is just a for a fit check. It's printed in 2 halves since my printer cannot print the whole length, the print surface isn't big enough.

I think it could be extended another inch to the passenger side but other than that i'm happy with it. If lostsheep doesn't end up having time to make them himself then I'll send it to a shop and make a bunch. I'll make another post to get a list of names going.

Are you going to have them all printed? also is there any support for the plastic underneath? just worried about the weight of mounting things with just the flimsy dash plastic under. I don't know what the clearance is under, but I'd think you could sandwich the factory bezzel between two pieces to make it much stronger (if that's not already the plan)

 

No it'll be anodized aluminum. 3d printing is just the only way that I have to prototype since I don't have a mill.
