Ok, makes no sense to me, but I've never worked on aircraft AC.

Fat Bob's lift kit, 30's on stock steelies, lunchbox locker in the rear, and a ton of other general mods and additions to help the utility of the truck for my particular uses.
I'm a bit late to the game here, but I have a little bit of input on this topic. I too deal with heat sensitivity, but just kinda deal with it on my own as my doctor is pretty much worthless. I had ceramic tint installed out here in SoCal which massively cuts down on the temps through the glass. However, I went darker than legal, but not too dark. The shop I went through offers ticket protection and will remove and reapply if you get a ticket. Be sure whatever company you go with uses quality film and has some sort of protection offering.

Additional things I do that is worth considering as a multi-step approach to help remedy your needs:

Clean out the bugs and dirt from the condenser weekly
replace your air filter with a new one or at minimum inspect every few months
check the air intake for the system and make sure it's clear of debris
use a good quality windshield shade when parked (i went with a covercraft custom fit sunshade)
use a dash cover... not only will it help keep your dash from getting killed by the sun, but it does also help keep the dash cooler.

As previously stated by others, pusher fans do help when at idle. It would probably be wise to install that for your situation if you haven't already. A sprayer for the condenser may help as well and as for what is sprayed, there are options out there other than water(refer to intercooler sprayers). Also, installing a remote start for the truck would help greatly to give it time to begin cooling before hopping in.

Also, a suggestion for something that may help more than anything else, Texas Cool Vest. Look them up. My jobs all require me to work outside in the heat all day long. This product has saved my hyde more times than I can count. It's essentially and Ice Pack Vest that lasts for several hours and does not shock the body.

Yeah they only released the side pieces and the 04020. Sent the email to PRA and got a response saying that nothing will be released due to the fact the parts are for Mexico spec trucks performing the entire TSB only.

Aren't you just able to order these parts online? Example, the Dallas Texas Toyota Part Online store sells them. I checked some of the part numbers and they come up and are for sale. I didn't place any order, but worth a shot for someone to try.

I think it would be more worthwhile to add a fan for the condenser to improve the performance parked, traffic, or off-road.

Anyone ever feel the cabin fan is a little weak? I swear my 14' fan feels weaker pushing air than my 06' and 03 Tacomas.

I did find a website that I'm going to give a try, however the two driver side "plug" seals are discontinued

I have been able to track down all of the TSB "covers" to plug the holes, with the exception of "#4, 36869-04040, COVER, P".

I have spoken with multiple dealerships/ parts suppliers and they say Toyota is not selling these to anyone who has not officially had the TSB done.

Anyone have a connection/hook up/ suggestion to track down this cover? I imagine any dealership in Mexico would be able to supply it.

    My shit is all stock.
Find a VIN for a truck produced for sale and originally sold in Mexico. Give that to your dealer and they should be able to get your part released.
