    prep for 35s

used cutting wheel to start the corners and ran the rest with a jig saw 24tpi bosch blade, used 5 blades for all 4 sides--- use oil frequently

    cut off 2.5"

Are you gonna chop off part of your front bumper as well to match the fender?

yeah thats gone after i get my gears in, I have a buddy with a plasma that will take it off. I am however thinking of how i am going to redo the liners. I dont want to run without since mud will get everywhere.....

Yeah that's gonna be a tough one. Are you able to use a heat gun and reshape the existing liners?

i have a pretty strong one, but in the past it has proven not worth while because it doesnt really hold the shape i want it too, I might give it a try.

I have been lurking the forums and ive seen people use vinyl flooring but ill have to go to home depot and wander around for a bit to find ideas.

I'm enjoying it, but ready to go home and sleep in my own bed. We tried to go to crescent lake, but as soon as we got the boat out and drive around, we realized it was just too damn smoky. Instead we've just been kayaking the deschutes river every day, which has still been a lot of fun.

Oh that is pretty cool! No time though since we're flying out around 1 today. I'll be back at some point though, so I'll explore then. I'd love to bring the truck over here and do some wheeling and exploring.

I like it. Id like to see what it looks like closed. It looks to be a combination of the old style and the ones we have
