I added an OME driveshaft bearing spacer kit. It minimized the vibration to 38-42mph and reduced it as well. Still not completely gone but better. Kit was only $18 shipped. Worth a try

Yea I'd like to know how he flipped it around 180*... I have this in right now with vibrations. I was actually going to remove it and see if that worked. I've only got a 2.5" lift and might not even need it. I just put it in when I did the rest of the lift and the drive line looked perfectly straight so I figured it would be ok.

The thing is pretty easy to do, but you may want to do it with a buddy. Crawl under the truck and unbolt the bearing, you'll have to hold the driveshaft if you don't want it to fall on your head. Drop it a little and make the bracket turn on the bearing 180*. Then push it back to its place and bolt it back. In the process, you buddy can help holding the shaft and/or hand you the tools and bolts. It can be hard to do everything in once lol but it is possible

Was it installed backwards from the factory you think? I’m going to give this a try too

I don't think it was backwards no... But I bought my truck with a lift already installed and there was no spacers on the bearing. I didn't took the time to measure if the bracket is centered on the bearing tho... It might be a little off center, which gives a better angle for the shaft after lift.

I replaced my rear trans mount with the new on that is on the TSB. It lowers the trans flange down about an 1/2". I also installed a new Spicer center support bearing, has to be the right one and the big item was rebalance the driveshaft. Shop said most Tacoma driveshafts are out of balance from the factory. In fact they said they have rebalanced new driveshafts and they were out of balance. I had also installed the East Coast bearing. My truck drives smooth as hell over the full rpm range. I love driving it now.

Heck no, I bought the parts, Toyota rear mount and center support from Amazon and had Driveline Service of N Atlanta do the work. Do you want part numbers?

Here's the list of parts that I used, center bearing and parts for the trans mount with bolts and washers for the new mount.
