ECGS ......Judging by the excessive play in your video , that constant velocity joint on your drivers side differential bushing is completely bushed . Try selecting 4x4 and go over the speed bump again . Does the truck still make the sound ? Tacomas are famous for this

In this video about 6 seconds, to me it sounds like something farther back and its possible the rear suspension?
Cab mounts as mentioned or the box?

thats the skid plate. i removed it and the noise is still present.

 

Yah I guess the link I posted for the bushing failure is mostly for guys who have vibration troubles , however , in your video where you are moving your drivers side axle up and down , I am sorry , but that is far too much play in the diff bushing .
In 2 wheel drive , there is zero load on the constant velocity axle . It basically flops around loose as you drive .
When you select 4x4 , the drivers side constant velocity axle is placed under load an will not flop around .
Give the truck a ride in the morning using 4x4 to see if the noise goes away , then read the link I posted

In the front differential on the driver side is a needle bearing like this. I replaced it with the bushing at 100k miles, 40k miles lifted.

 

I know the dealer said that it wasn't your cab mount bushings. Did they look at them?

Do you have a trailer hitch installed? They will clunk because they usually fit loosely in the hitch receiver.

With that much play in the axle , I figured the bushing would help .

I was told the same by the dealer on my 2016. It was also only making a similar noise on down travel. The dealer only visually looked and the cab mounts not the the ones near the radiator. And even when I was replacing them you couldn't tell how torn they were until I removed them. I ordered bushing on Amazon and was well worth the the $20-$30 as opposed to the dealer trying to bill me for diagnosing time because my suspension was modified and according to them because they couldn't figure it out it had to be my Bilstein's.

 

So it wound up being the radiator mount bushings?

 

Zero vibration issues at the moment
