Information center keeps rebooting

Hi, I was wondering if anyone else has had issues with the information screen in the center of your dash rebooting? It will also just suddenly switch from FM radio to Blue tooth audio randomly, and one time it called my mom .

Mine likes to rewind randomly, I'd have a new head unit but the dealership sent it back without calling to make a appointment when it came in.now they won't order another till they diagnose it again. Stupid stealerships

I’ve had it reboot at random times and it doesn’t stop until I manually reboot it by holding down the volume button.

 

Mine eats the 8-track tapes.

 

Do the entune update via usb stick. Since doing that, mines been fine.

 

That would be nice, but my warranty was up 60K miles ago. It's a 2016.

 

Today it called my mom again I asked her if she wanted to buy my truck....it seems to like her
