Please help save our Military traditions, history, and way of life.

The Naval School of Explosive Ordnance Disposal (NAVSCOLEOD) Commander is trying to remove the motto "Initial Success or Total Failure" which has been in place since 1977. He simply doesn't like it and since he has recently gotten the position and power to do so he is having it removed from NAVSCOLEOD. This is an absolute disgrace to Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technicians everywhere as we have all taken that motto as a way of life.

    Thank you.

One thing you have to remember is that almost every Commander wants to be remember for something. It can be something simple like painting the Day Room red or something big like Black Berets and Blue uniforms.

It is all about leagacy and ego.. I might not have been shit for a Commander but by God I'm the one that painted the Day Room Red.

Shok Industries 2/0 big 4 upgrade and sound deadener.
And that is a terrible reason for doing anything but it's 'the way' for some when they get in command of a unit. Rather than furthering the unit they'd rather border on misappropriation of funds.
