Installed Aero Turbine 2525XL - LOVE IT

Hi everyone,
I researched quite a bit last week looking for an exhaust that would have a nice tone and growl when getting on it but remain at tolerable noise levels for daily driving.
I decided on the Aero Turbine 2525XL (2.5" inlet and outlet with resonator) rather than the unresonated model. I had them install it to where it dumps just before the axle.
My local shop did it very nicely with 3 hangers and clean welds for $80.

When idling and just cruising around town the tone is slightly deeper but only a tiny bit louder. If you give it a moderate amount of gas you definitely notice the growl and if you stomp on it it roars like a beast.
Exactly what I was looking for.
If you want something that will be more aggressive at all RPM's id say get the unresonated model.

Liking the sound of how this muffler reacts after reading your short review. I know this post is from awhile ago, but I was wondering if you had any of those pics or any videos of it?

 

It still sounds fantastic, Im selling the truck this week so I wont have any pics or videos unfortunately.

 

Since you're selling it would you be willing to cut out the muffler and sell it by any chance?
