    Hey all,

Got a screaming deal on a brand new Alpine IVE-W535HD at best buy for $385. I have been looking for only alpine decks since i had my 2006 tacoma, this one will do nicely.

I have ordered, from Amazon, the scosche dash kit, the scosche ta02b wiring harness, the Axxess Metra AWSC-1 steering wheel control interface and the vehicle specific wiring harness to avoid having to splice those wires, the PAC TATO for JBL sound, the PAC TR7 bypass module and the Alpine KCU-461iv ipod interface cable.

I have done my research on here, so there aren't any questions just yet. As most people do, i will be soldering all wires possible.

Anyone have any tips or recommendations to smooth the install?

I will provide pictures of the install.

    Thanks,
    Justin

Definitely show pictures! I just bought the same Alpine at my Best Buy for the same price. All the other Best Buys within a 10 mile radius were selling it on clearance for $525, so I thought this was a good deal. I've been researching about all the accessories I need to buy for the install, so I'm glad you listed them. Makes my life a lot easier! The more pictures and details you can post about your install, the better. I hope it goes smoothly for you!

I got this one to put in my 4Runner. I just installed a new Kenwood in the Tacoma.

Thanks! I have most of those items in my Amazon cart (except a few changes since it's a 4Runner). You might want to return the iPod cable and get the one at Crutchfield for $29.99. I was searching everywhere to find a cheaper one than on Amazon and surprisingly found it much cheaper on Crutchfield. Never thought I'd find it cheaper there than on Amazon!
