I have the exact same setup as you, OME 888 on 5100s. Settled down more in the front than the rear, sat nose down a little. I have the old (CS047R) Dakar springs, and the truck was perfectly level after I removed the large overload leaf. Doesn't affect spring rate or flex, only final ride height.

This is the only one I have with it level. I decided to put the overload back in because I ended up towing more than I planned and didn't like the squat. Measurements are key. I'd install it without the overload and go from there based on how your truck settles out.

Oh...and if you wanna fit 285/70R17 you are going to need UCA's and to max out your alignment cams on the LCA to swing the tire forwards. Otherwise CMC.

Nice that looks good. Thanks. What tire size did you end up going with? Or did you do UCA's?

I did 285/70R17 Cooper STT Pro. Rubbed with no adjustment to UCA. I had LR UCAs from the beginning though because you basically need the caster adjustment for the truck to drive and "feel" right.

Copy that so UCA's are a must for the 285's. I'm not installing tires right away I'm just trying to plan accordingly

I'd also make sure to do the ECGS bushing while you are in there. Look up posts about it. Quick work and worthwhile insurance while you have the truck apart already.

UCAs are a must for any lift over 2" to get caster in check. UCAs are not required to run 285s. Trimming and cab mount chop are likely requirements however. UCAs may or MAY NOT help you fit 285s but still likely will require trimming and chopping IN MOST cases.

My sig block below, as alluded to earlier in this thread, have the answers to your questions and explanations on the ECGS..

Yea, that's what I planned on. My pre and post measurements were a surprise. I'll check again a 1000 miles or so.

Agreed. Learn for a little while. Learn about suspension and driveline geometry. This stuff is out there. If you want to skip the labor of learning, then be willing to pay thousands, to a very reputable shop, that corrects driveline and suspension geometry in their system. There are s lot of scams out there. They just want to "re"sell parts for profit and don't care about your truck. Skip the scams and be willing to spend the cash to do it right. You paid about $35k+ For your ride, so don't ruin it to save less than 5% of your investment.

It looks like you changed more than your tires (like your rims for example). Perhaps your offset helps.

It still doesn't justify me spending 1k on the 6112 5160 setup. I'll try this setupnand if it's too harsh I'll consider.
