Interest and Thoughts in a 2007 Double Cab Sport

I am crazy about my Tacoma. I'm half interested, however, in selling my 2007 and buying a 2010. The reason I'm even thinking about it is I'd like to have the truck in Black. I'd like to get two things out of this thread. The first is to hear opinions on moving up to a 2010. The second is to see if there would be any interest in my 2007.

My 2007 is a Double Cab, Short Bed, TRD Sport 4X4 in Silver with ~25K miles. The interior and exterior is a 9 out of 10. I bought the truck from a private individual when it had 14K miles on it. The truck currently has 23K miles and is still under the factory warranty. I have a clear title and would be looking for $24.3K for the truck.

I have chosen to not have the rear suspension TSB done because I like the way the truck rides now. I have had 800 lbs in the bed and it did not bottom out. I' have had the Sport wheels replaced by Toyota. All the fluids were changed when I bought the truck and I just did them again last month. If there is any interest, I'll take a post and few pictures.

Seems like a great truck. Might be hard to get 24k....probably 21-22k. Not sure how much the stealership would give you on a trade but my guess would be 18k or so.
