So after packing all the gear tonight I lost an inch in the rear. So if these give me a little lift I will be a happy camper. :D

I ran 1" blocks in mine for I think about a year, and wheeled hard with them, with no ill affects. That being said, I hated them because the axle wrap was horrendous, both on the street and off. I then switched to the 3-leaf AAL and it was worlds better. Mine was a stick and I drove it hard. I don't know if the axle wrap is as bad with the auto.

    Yes, yes we do. :D

I'm anxious to see what it does with the expo springs.

parts look good, but im wondering how your dealing with the fact that the frame tapers quite a bit in that area. seems to me that when the brackets are mounted they wont be parallel to the springs. how did you overcome that challenge to get the 2 brackets parallel to each other & parallel to the springs?

Talked to him today...as long as Jen is still running a variation of the OEM springs, she will be fine

In the stock hanger there is less than a 2* difference in planes between the frame and shackle. This spread over the width of the shackle bushing equates to less than .15". Spread this over the bushing in the shackle and the bushing in the spring, you end up with less than 1* and .08" deflection in each bushing. Not enough to cause any issues.

There may be a little accelerated bushing wear, but honestly by this point in the game other items have already been switched out that are wearing other parts out a little faster, not to mention the added abuse of offroading. It's just part of the four wheeling game.

 No, I'm pretty sure they're lined up on a truck right now. I've been over this with a mechanical engineer and the lead designer and fabricator from a very big suspension company. It's a non issue, unless you have a shackle bushing that's 10" wide.
