Interested in Lexus lx470-need advice

Im currently interested in buying a 2000 Lexus lx470 with 140,000. It is a rust free vehicle, doctor owned, from California.

We will have twin baby boys in a week, and looking for something to replace my 2010 Tacoma Access Cab. Guy will sell it for 11,000. which is a little high, but it is in great condition, and completely rust free.

Any advice or knowledge of this vehicle is appreciated. I am kinda Landcruiser crazy, and thought this might be a good opportunity for me to get one. The owner said it has had the timing belt and water pump replaced recently.
