Interior LEDS from VLEDS

These were installed once, but I went with a different brand the next day.
Buy both for $25 shipped.

 

There's nothing wrong with these. Just have extra interior leds

 

These replace the Dom light and what are the other two for the lights above the rear view mirror?

How bright are these compared to Medlinarounds lights

 

I was thinking about going LED for both are these as bright? also how much do I have to take a part to get to the lights...do they all just pop out with a screwdriver or is more involved?
