I like it, but it hard to tell how it really looks, fisheye or wide angle from the rear seats with the doors closed would be nice to see

I like it. Toyota should have done an all black interior. Do the carpet, too. If it weren't for risk takers we never would have landed man on the Moon (if you believe that). You keep blackening that SOB out. Me LIKES! [IMG]

Someone whos a daredevil like myself when it come to interior painting  looks good man, like you mentioned before i would have done matte or atleast the duplicolor interior trim paint. i like the idea of doing the whole center consul since the 2012s come in all black as well.

Yeah. I agree. I would have done matte too. I have been wanting to do this for a while. But I think that the arm rest will wear real fast. I have been debating on leather wrapping the arm rest and painting the rest.

x2! He must have had some overspray everywhere.

OP, seat covers look great but I'm on the fence with the painted plastics. That's just personal preference tho.

No overspray issues during the painting process. The paint has held up excellent without wear. Everything looks nice and slick.

Do you use the arm rest a lot? I would figure that it would be the first to start wearing out.

I probably would have used PlastiDip paint in a Satin or Flat black. To each his own.
