    Hahah seriously.. you expect the president of Toyota to know about the 1 GRFE in technical detail? Does he even know what a 1 GRFE is!? :)

    Why not phrase your questions in more general terms such as how does Toyota address grouped online reportage of various issues experienced by Toyota owners?
