Haven't read all 19 pages, but do people usually cut the bed flares when cutting the front? I've seen pics of Tacos on 35s with only the front fenders trimmed. This question is 3rd gen specific.

If it rubs - it cuts. :sawzall:
Mine did rub, 3" lift and b110 at full flex tire was pushing bed, now I have about 2" space when fully stuffed, perfect space for 37s... :rasta:

My 315s do not rub in the rear at all but I have wheelers superbumps so that might be why. Also 315s are not true 35s as discussed in other threads.

I haven’t had to cut front or rear flares. The tires tuck inside the wheel well. If you use wheel spacers or have backspacing that pushes the wheels to wide you may need to trim them.

Yeah, makes sense. I have seen some trucks with cut front fenders, but not cut rear fenders/bed. Do most people just leave the back stock if they clear even when they cut the front?

I feel like I'd want my truck to match. If only the front is cut, the black fender trim looks noticeably different front vs rear.

I have yet to see a 3rd gen with both front and rear cut with black fender flares still attached. Anyone have a pic of this?

They cleaned them up? The only welds that need cleaned up are typically flux core.
