Lol on that gopro, but yeah would be cool to see project like this one unfold. ( I can't even imagine the amount of editing and post processing that would have to happen to make it work... )

^^ are those your reinforcements already installed? Can't tell 100% from the photo, but looks like upgraded bolts...

Yessir, those are 3/16" thick reinforcement plates. We cut the stock bolts off. Punched the old studs out the back. Opened the holes up with a 9/16" drill bit so the new 1/2" grade 8 bolts will slip in from the back. Bolt the plate to the frame and then go to work welding!

Here are some better pictures of the CMC installed.

A shot straight in, about 1" of clearance behind the 33" (285's) tire to tha cab mount.

Hey! Yeah we had a great day yesterday. Shout out to @Skell for his help with everything. Here's a couple more shots. The bumper I bought was a used 2012-2015 bumper. @Skell cut the top part off and welded in a flat top piece to better match my 2009. There's a before and after pic of the bumper.

I also accomplished some other random things while @Skell was working on whatever he was doing. I fixed my skids and sliders since Toyota installed them wrong after spraying the frame. Removed all the mud flaps. Removed the sway bar. We installed the winch @Roody . The frame reinforcements got welded in. Cab mount chop.

Thanks for the productive day @Skell !

Thanks! Yeah they look pretty cool. I kind of wish I did the shrouds all black, but the red looks good too.

I know I gotta fix it, geez... I am reminded of it every damn day! Haha. With the bumper "fixed" I can yank out that headlight. Maybe this week when the cold finally breaks.

Should anything be red in that pic?

You could make it more like this. image.jpg

My "red pops nicely" was aimed at his red headlights

The bitch of it is you have to remove the whole headlight assembly and stick it in the oven to separate the lense from the housing. The devil horn toyota emblem is sweet tho, he was telling me they are laser etched into the piece of glass.
