Invis-a-rack or similar for my 07 tacoma?

    I need a rack to haul ladders to and from work, I had seen the invis-a-rack which would be perfect for my scenario, I can hide it when im not using it so it doesnt look like garbage and I can still have a handy rack at my disposal. But it appears that they dont make them to fit tacomas, and I have a short-box which makes it even worse.

    Is there anything else on the market for transporting ladders/large cargo that can be hidden when not in use? Will it fit the tacoma short box?
