What is wrong with the phone:
Slight Dust under screen, this can barely be seen when the screen is illuminated. It is most noticeable when the screen is off. Does not affect function, but I do want to make it known.
1in Crack in the rear case at the bottom near charging port. I was unaware this crack even existed till it was taken out for pictures.

Your a cop and have a jail broke phone? I don't know about your laws in where you live but isn't jail breaking a phone illegal?
