I ask my local dealership about getting a roof rack for my 06 DC. He said $200 out the door. Good or bad deal?

Not sure about the price for a Tacoma... But when we bought a rack for our Subaru, all of the extras added up very quickly.. Bike racks, Ski racks, locks ect.. Before you know it, you have $700-$800 into the thing. Good luck.

that sounds about right for the price but that rack is only rated for 75lbs. if you spend about $100 more and get a yakima rack its rated to 300lbs.

Actually the instructions that came with my rack says 100lbs not 75lbs. More then enough for some snowboards.

$200 is a great deal. I really love my roof rack. I think it looks great. I also love how the bars stow away.

AEM CAI, Magnaflow exhaust, DT headers, all speakers replaced with (2) 10's and amp behind rear seats, color matched grill, grillcraft, projector headlights, 8000k HID's, DC Torque wheels, 3" Toytec lift, Bilstein 5100 shocks.
My dealer wanted to charge me $341.00 for one, so I'd say it's pretty good.
