Is it possible that my frame could be racked?

My stock suspension was shot all around for years, added spacers up front and shackles in rear, and it only exagerated the "tacoma lean" My fender heigh measurements were never even front to back or right to left, each corner sat at a slightly different height- annoyed the hell out of me.

I just replaced evrything- coils, springs, shocks, hoping to sit perfect again. Although the heights are different, since I lifted the truck 1.5", I still see the same unique fender heights as I did before - my driver rear and passenger front sit higher than the driver front and passenger rear.... could my frame be racked from sitting on a sh*tty suspension for years?
