    Its a story of how my wife is a slob.... she spilled a coke in her center console, then she spilled her coffee, then she left her sunroof open, and she kept spilling things in her console but never cleaned up the spills.. I went to clean her car out and found her spare key in the console still flooded.

    I stay out of her car, and ban her from eating/drinking in mine.

    BFG KM2 255/85r16 Bilstein 5100s OME 888, HD Dakar’s, JBA control arms, BAMF Shackle hangers and shackle.
    In the first month of owning my truck I sent my keys through the wash granted it was the stock fob. Nothing happened and two years later it still works just fine.

    Stick it in a bag of rice. Happen with my acura fob. Left it in there almost a week and it work like if it didnt happen.

    The key fob for my tundra got washed and it worked fine WITHOUT drying it out or replacing the battery, lol.

    I keep my FOB on a lanyard around my neck. Buttons never get accidentally pushed and the FOB never goes through the wash.
