May have found the reason the rear in the truck can't be aligned.
This is on both sides. Is that normal?

Can't properly tell what that is
I suggest add a few more pics from more angles

    Is it a scrape?
You can't really align the rear as that is what this looks like

    What's the story on this?

    Yep.
Just looked at mine on my lunch break...looks almost the same on both sides, maybe a little less wrinkled but same never the less and I have no issues.

so we are aligning rear ends now?
last I checked the front mount of the leafs are bolted via a mount to the frame while the diff is located by 4 threaded ends from shackle U-bolts, kinda pinned. Only thing I can see being done is loosing the U-bolts and attempting to bump a few , and it would not be much.

typically the alignment shops don't align the rear of a truck.

I've got to hold the wheel slightly to left to drive strait on the highway. Center lane. No road crowning. So, to answer- yes. The truck dog tracks to the right. The wheelbase is 1.4 inches different from right side left.

    See alignment spec sheet.

Had the truck on a lift last night. Centering pin isn't sheered off. Nothing wrong with the leafs.

I'll get an alignment check here soon and post it. Mine drives straight enough. The front Pass. Cam bolts are froze up solid and the tie rod took a gorilla to turn.

My old alignment numbers, the rear is close to yours and I had to hold the steering wheel to the left a litte to go straight but the new Front alignment changed that.

I guess there could be some compensation in the front to make the truck track strait, but that by no means would explain or fix this:

    Front wheel well L&R side:

Bed to frame alignment would account for that much.

Not unless you're helpless. Loosen bolts, knock bed around, tighten bolts.

Measure from the front spring eye to the spring pad on the axle, both sides should be the same. If theres a difference your axle could have shifted on the springs, its been said many times on TW that the factory uses low torque settings on the u-bolts.
And finally if the axle shifted and sheared the center pin you won't see that until you remove the u-bolts.

Depending where the OP lives (i.e. how much salt they put on the roads), after five years, the bed bolts could be in there pretty good. I see reports of people stripping the torx pattern from the bolt head when installing extra D-rings.
