Is the Access Cab dead?

If they made a V6 AC MT and SB, I'd be all over it. Had to settle for 2 of the 3. Any long time TWers know if they ever made the combo above? I think I've seen the Reg cab, 4cyl SB 4x4 and that about the rarest one I've heard of.

 

love my access cab. I have no need for a full back seat anymore as my kids are older and never really drive with me any more. It's perfect for me and my dog. Plus I feel like it looks like a actual pickup and not a SUV with a small bed. Whatever floats your boat.

 

My AC is a gas burning, 4 cylinder, 5 sp manual, zebra with the dual unicorn horns.

I have a AC OR MT and in Ontario it was not that common. Thankfully the dealership closest to me had just one but it was in the exact configuration and color I wanted. When purchasing the salesman made a comment about them wondering how long it would take them to sell that unit with it being a manual transmission. Even in Canada this model configuration is a unicorn.
