    If they did not do anything I'd file a criminal complaint with the state attorney for Orange County. They should not have spent $100 figuring out they couldn't do the job.

    state attorney, and attorney general office, or just state attorney! its honestly crap, and i can give 2 shits how much time i need to spend on this to:
    a)put them out of business
    b) give them as much negative publicity as possible
    c) make life as challenging as possible for them so they dont to this again to anybody else
    d):Dall of the above:mad:

    Do the BBB complaint. I think you'll find they can be quite helpful (they were for me).

    My thoughts exactlly.

    For some reason I read this post. I don't usually because my Tacoma is stock but ........ this seemed like quite an undertaking with a lot of questions being asked as you went along.

    I likened it to building a house without knowing all the components - learning as I went along.

    Anyway - hope all works out for you.

    ok, pretty much the issue is.... the lower control arm is shorter so the bump stops are in the way buy about an inch(wish SHE said that). if i get a longer lower control arm it would possibly put the shock at a larger angle, which SHOULD clear the bumpstops completly. am i right?????(doubt it!!)) :)

    with the ghetto shop!:::::
    i did a charge back, ive got my money, they have a BBB complaint filed against them, and the attorney general is investigating....
