Is there a fuel filter on 2012 Tacoma? Where?

This reads that there is a fuel strainer before the fuel pump, which doesn't sound like a fuel filter is mounted in the system. Filtering gasoline through a chamois before it enters the tank probably wouldn't be appreciated by other customers at the pump... Strainer is before the pump. The "sock". The pump plugs into the filter.
