I have experienced my other car's plastic headlights cloud over from oxidation in time.

Is there anythng that will prevent that or prolong it from happening?

I don't care if it's a plastic film or a product applied on top of the light. I just don't want ti to turn cloudy/yellow.

    Thanks all.

Look and search for this brand I have it installed because of the same previous experience as you. Their web link is:

    http://www.xpel.com/products/headlight.asp

For warranty purposes I will recommend some local dealer/seller install it instead of DYI, it is not difficult to do it, but it will help when years pass.
