That's a ridiculous price. Speakers are VERY subjective. What sounds good to you will not to others. Your best option is to visit a couple of local car stereo shops and listen to a couple of cd's of your favorite music.

On a personal level, I've always liked Infinity.

I personally love the stock speakers that came with my access cab. Im not sure if they are upgraded with the sr5 stuff but they sound great. all i did was put a fat 12 in sub in between the two back seats and now i like it even more.

Stock speaker sound great. I changed mine out to inifinitys however in a quest for amazing sound. I went with four 2.5s and wish I would have done the 6x9s up front for great mid range. The sub makes it pretty nice though

No. Pioneer FH-P4200MP w/22 watts RMS. Really crisp reproduction. I have the rears speakers faded out until I install the Pioneer TS-D602p speakers I just purchased. It's plenty loud enough for my tastes.

Go to Woffers Etc and get a set of Polk DB 6.5 components for 129

    http://www.woofersetc.com/p6133/DB6501--Polk-Audio-65"-Component-Speakers.htm

I just put these in the front doors of my 07 AC powered with 60 watts RMS.

They sound great. I like silk dome tweeters more than some of the composites or even worse the titanium(had those with MB Quarts years ago, too bright/loud) tweeters.

Love these Polk DB and the price is pretty damned good from woofers etc

I was thinking of changing my front speakers to pioneer. How do you like yours? My infinity 6.5s are very bright and sometimes too bright for my taste. My taste is more in the midrange and bass although some clean highs are still what you want. Let me know what you think of yours. Highs? Midrange? Bass?

Image Dynamics XS65s. They are awesome. I had some focals before that cost more and these speakers sound WAY better. I know focals make some really high end but for the money and power handling, I think the XS65s are awesome. another board member sold me on them then I heard them in person.

If you dont have an amp to push those speakers, they wouldn't sound good. So if you are using a factory head unit, or just an aftermarket head unit then stick with factory speakers; or realllly low powerd aftermarkets like 20w tops.

If you have amps make sure the power matches, and those polks sound amazing.:D

stock speakers are crap. i did the HU swap before swapping the stock speakers.. talk about a crappy sound. i fought the tuning for a couple of months before trashing the stock speakers. put in some components and the sound quality was night and day. so much cleaner
