Flat tire light came on so while looking to find which one was flat I noticed this.. Is the gap normal? It's the same on both sides of vehicle.

there shouldn't be a gap, recheck nut on other side torque to spec if off.

Seemed to be well above 85 ft-lb. Could not get it to turn. Thought about getting breaker bar but I assume it is probably over tight anyway?

Do both sides of the truck have the same gap? If so, I'd do some guess work and say that it's normal

Awesome, thanks everyone. I thought it might be the source of vibration on bumps. Probably the damn intermediate shaft again.
