    If you're talking about the leak, in the first photo there is a dried-up oil spot on the rack just above (and in the photo, touching) the sway bar.

    I would remove the sway bar and give it a thorough scraping/cleaning. Then decide if it's still good.

    Bilstein 4600 shocks.
    From the looks of the mounting brackets & bolts, it may take a grinder to do so. Those nuts and/or bolts don't appear to be easily removable.
