[New to the forum. Not new to car/truck forums. Been posting on/developing/running Vbulletin forums since 2004. I know how to "search" and how to post things in the right forum. well trained eh?

I live in New England and of course that means I drive 2 subarus. My WRX is almost paid off and I have my eyes on a crew cab Tacoma. Not sure what year I want BUT I do know I want 5/6spd. Maybe the Wife will let me buy a new one, we shall see. Anyway, long winded and I know 99% of you won't read this anyway and just post "welcome" or "post pictures of your truck"]

    :)

Welcome! I love subarus, I want to get an Impreza wrx/sti or a Legacy GT in the future. If you want a manual double cab you will have to stick to the 2nd gens, the 1st gen double cabs only came with an automatic.

look at that, one less thing I have to search to find out

    Thank yoU!

Subarus are great little cars but it's hard for me to do the things I love like: Hunting, Fishing, Ice Fishing and Hiking with about 4 inches of ground clearance  It would be nice to drive down the trails rather than park at the entrance and walk in.

I plan on keeping the WRX as a fun car and using the Tacoma to commute.

    Back to searching...

 when you post a new thread put [ at the beginning and ] at the end of what ever you type and it prevents users from previewing the thread when they scroll over the title with their mouse in the thread listing section :) take a look at this thread, all you can see is a smiley.

Anything outside the [] will show on the thread preview.

hit the back button, then put your mouse over the name of this thread or any thread for that matter and it gives you a preview of the first setence or two of the thread.

using [] makes it impossible to see the first sentence there for forcing members to click into the thread to see what has been posted.

I know way too many useless tricks for this forum software.
