issue with depo tail light?

Has anyone else had issues with 98-04 depo tail lights not working correctly? This is my second set with the same issue. When I switch out the housings, the passenger tail light (only the bottom parking bulb) wont illuminate. My stocks work fine before and after trying the depos, I switched bulbs and all. I can't figure it out so I just ended up using the red/clear lense which was the look I was going for, just dont like amber on any lense. But it seems like a lot of $$ just to use the lenses (they should just sell the lenses BTW). Any insight would be appreciated.

 

Have you checked the wires? Hook it up to your truck and use a multimeter to see how far the current goes. Any pics of them on your truck? Thinking about going red/clear as well, they really should sell just the lenses.

 

I sent them back and third time was a charm I think they sent me the deffective ones twice but all is good now
