Issues with 95.5-97 tacos and when they occurred

What are some of the more common issues with Tacomas and about at what milage did they occur?

I had a 97 xtracab automatic 4x2. I put 20K miles per year, almost all highway. No offroads.

Issues:
Air Conditioning - I lost that around 40,000, after not having used it for two years. I turned it on and it died. Had the Freeon replaced a few times, it never came back.
Exhaust Manifold - This cracked around 140K miles. Rattled like hell but never seemed to be an issue afterwards, other than the noise.
Catalytic Converter - Replaced twice. First was probably around 140K or so, the second was around 220K.
I had 240K awesome miles but then it started to go. After sitting for two months without getting used I lost a cylinder. This did it in as I wasn't going to replace it. Sold it for way too little, oh well.
