    A few years ago, I owned a 2011 TRD OFF Road (4x2) and I loved it.
    However, I was getting out of the military and taking job in Cali, so I needed something better on gas. (Or so I thought.) Also, it not being a 4x4, it always made me want more.
    I bought a 2011 VW GTI (which I also loved) and lived the german car life for a couple of years.

    I've spent the last year in the middle east and sold the GTI before I came out here. My present to myself is a brand new Quicksand TRD OFF Road 4x4, which will be waiting on me when I get off the plane!

    I can't wait to get behind the wheel of this thing and be driving a Tacoma again.

    I am 6'4", so the GTI was pretty rough getting in and out of, despite the surprisingly spacious interior.

    I live in the SoCal area, so I hope to meet some likeminded folks on here and learn some things about the new gen!
