1 banana, 5 strawberries, 1 cup of yogurt, half cup of orange juice blended... unless I'm at my folks place, then it's some elaborate breakfast that my dad makes... along the lines of Eggs Benny or Biscuits and Gravy...

I have since lost 13 pounds in the last 3 weeks. It sucks though.....Im always hungry and i hate going to gym everyday. But I want to see this through.

Damn..I need to follow in your footsteps. I was 172 back in 98 and now 240 at 5 foot 9. Back in 99, I was taking a lot of creatine, and ripped fuel then lifting everyday. I ate like crap and ended up getting fat.

umm...I was higher..LOL I top at 246 in 2009, last year I lost 30 lbs and put it all back on, with the exception of 6 lbs.

Its all in my stomach too. What got me was I had a corporate job with paid expenses, eating out every night late ( steak wings) for 5 yrs and it all caught up with me.

I quit smoking 5 yrs ago too, that added to the weight. It was the perfect storm so to speak. So...here I am....its tough too. Always friggin hungry.

i feel yea. by no means im i over weight but i stay on a strict diet. i generally eat every 2-3 hours and eat small portioned meals it definatly helps with the feeling hungry part. it is just hard to eat like that with the busy lifestyle everyone lives
