I've got an issue....

    my 2014 has a front leveling kit (2-3") not for sure. It was on it when I bought the truck. My issue it when cornering, especially on rain covered roads, the abs comes on all by itself and I literally loose control of my truck. It's friggin scary! Any ideas??

    Most people here frown upon the spacer lift kit. If it were me, I'd take that leveling kit off ASAP. Dont know much about the ABS part of the problem, but maybe someone here can chime in on that.

    The wierd thing is my 2008 had 5100's and I neve had any issues?

    Are you braking in corners? That is generally frowned upon, especially when conditions are more slick.

    It isn't the ABS. It is the VSC ( vehicle stability control ). The dealership should be able to zero calibrate the system to compensate for the lift. Or you could hold the VSC Button for like 5 seconds and disable it when you start the truck each time.

    No. Not driver error. Simply driving and taking a corner. Nothing more. The abs kicks in, the brake does the jerking abs thing and I loose control for a second. It doesn't happen all the time. And I have never had a crazy dangerous scenario happen.

    I'd first do a quick check on the wire harnesses on all 4 corners. The wires may be stretching and losing contact (due to the lift, maybe it was not installed correctly) or wires rubbing and have a short somewhere. If all of that looks good, take it to the dealer like JimmyH said. If the wires are stretching while turning, they might lose contact making the computer think that wheel is locked and the stability control will definitely kick in, causing what you are experiencing.
