There is a car wash not to far from the end of the run. So we could still rinse off the trucks when we're done.

 

I wont be able to do sunday anyway.

Ok next Sunday just might work if I'm not working. I won't know for sure until Saturday afternoon. Plus I need to get the wife's blessing.

Do you have gps? I didn't and almost got lost. Well I hit some dead ends and had to turn around a few times but I found my way. It will be so much better running with someone else.

Hopefully Ray has a CB so you guys can shoot the shit while eating up the miles.

 

Ill just bring the paint ball gun and chase him around at speeds between 35-55 mph and take brakes every 20-30minutes.

 

You have to aim for the mouth. They will never forget the taste of paintballs. Don't ask me how I know.

Oh and let me know how the gear swap turns out. Worse case we could do it at my place on Sunday if I'm not working. I think I have most tools needed for it. No impact or air tools that would help tho.

 

Ok. Yah i just need some one to help me on them. I have the inch lbs wrench and a dial for back lash. And i can bring impacts too. I just need to get that done!!!!

 

So you need to do a full gear removal and install. I thought it was just a drop and install of the diffs. If you have to do full gears. I've never done it and have no clue how to. I don't know what tools needed for it. I don't have a press. But I have plenty of space and tall jack stands to make it easier to get under the truck.

 

Yah the rear is just a drop in job but the front needs to be set up. I have it all pulled cleaned and ready the gears just need to be set up.

 

what you guys swapping or doing ?

 

Ok if you know what your doing with setting the gears then you could do that and I'll drop and install the rear. That's if in not working I'll know by Saturday evening.

Oh no I won't, if it could be done there it will work way better. It's a nice shop and will make the job way easier. I'll still come out and lend a hand if I'm available. My place is just in case.

 

buy yourself some cheap 35s second hand. i did that with the temp 33s lol 40$ and they good for a bit
What and where did you swap the front gears out of ?
