I think im going to pick up the sterling for the rear as well eventually.

I was thinking to stay 8 lug personally and not mess with it. That and as far as I know there is no 6 on 5.5 conversion for the newer superduty

I could convert the front back to 8x6.5 and do the same in the rear but i just bought wheels. And i have 600$+ in front brakes that could turn out to be the rear this whole time.... :annoyed::bananadead:

I have to get a 17 in anyways to clear calipers so I might as well make it easy and go with the lug pattern on there now.

Ouch that's a lot of money if they are the wrong ones.

Your truck, you can try anything you like. If you try that way, attach a straight edge to the wheel mount surface and try and get the measurement even to the backing plate all the way around.

Would it work and or what parts do i need to get from you to fix this. I need to get it done. I only get lucky so many times and i would rather use them on other things then trying to stop my truck in time.

I'm guessing a shaved 14bolt? Wonder how much wider than stock the axle would be.

That is what i would do. Shaved i can get it to more clearence then the front has right now. And stock is about 65 those are 67 or 69 depending on what i do. But i have spacers on the rear so im sitting at 67.5 right now. With my width now i would not be upset about a 1/2 inch. :D Just trying to figure out if i want to do the work to make it 6 lug. I dont see in the near future of changing the front out and every thing i have set up for 6x5.5.

No took the summer off. If i was smart i would have done all summer classes and had the winter off. That way i could actually work out side. I havent been able to work on a tundra bumper the past two days because of this stupid heat

I LOVE THE COLD!!!! Yah something about 100 degree days wearing a leather welding jacket and welding, grinding, and working in it does not sould like fun.... But in general the heat just sucks.
