Better to ask what I have not done.
I know! Is so cool! And it's funny to watch it change when starting or when the subs are up.
It's the monitor not the controller.

Mine is shipping out on Monday, what are these "nut zerts" you speak of? And what does this special tool look like?

I've never seen that before. What does it do? I thought you just removed the plastic tailgate skin and bolted on the metal one. Easy peasy

You can. The stock ones are just plastic little caps. And these nut zerts are steel so they are a lot stronger and you can have an actual bolt. And that tool makes life very nice!!! It pulls the nut zert to clamp it down instead of doing the very painful way.

Nice. I used the one from Hf. Thing about the tool is once you use it you will see how awesome it is and use it for all sorts of stuff. I use to have access to a pneumatic one. Pull the trigger, compress, hold reverse and pull the trigger. It was a beautiful $1200 tool. Compressed them in under a second.

Basically it makes a tapped hole in an area you never thought you could!

It allows you to compress an insert in sheet metal to make a nut, then you can run a bolt in to it. Nice for thin metal and areas where you cant get behind to add a nut.

I had no idea about that, but I guess it makes sense to make it more rigid. Is that something you would be able to help me out with?
