Bought a used 2014 Tacoma that came with a Jason Camper top. Something tells me this isn't the Jason factory mount...

    ...yes, that's a plywood spacer o_O

Can anyone post a photo or two of how they are mounted, when done correctly?

No, it doesn't. Those are dope, though - particularly with the cutouts. Mine has the factory plastic rail tops

eBay search these: (4) Tite Lok Truck Cap Topper Camper Shell Mounting Clamps Toyota Tacoma Tundra... worked well for mine. I am not good at posting links or photos but 27.99 and holds mine just fine. I am having trouble finding the passenger flap out window replacement however. These caps are nice for the buck but impossible to get parts replaced for, no one carries them.

Same style i got on eBay, do you know any supplier for the windows by chance, if you are using a Jason Camper shell? I have the seamless and the passenger quarter panel flap out window broke. Trying to find a used or cheap new replacement without buying the whole side for $300.

I mean they plywood spacer is functional just doesn't look all that great. I would prefer a buffer between the cap and the hold down clamps but maybe make it look a little nicer.
