    So as I have my new leafs off the truck I begin sanding and took leafs apart ,cleaning. To do the same as you did Jason so they can be smoother. OMG Its a shit load of work haha.

    Pretty much. Read through and look at all the pictures in the article I sent over.

    Yeah it's a lot of work. Took me 8 hours...not including re-assembly.

    No. The ride height had nothing to do with the chamfering/grinding. It was a result of the re-arch. You can see them stuffing them through the machine to change the arch..
