JBA LT's, O2 extens, and O2 sims, stil have check engine light

I just installed the JBA LT headers, O2 simulators, and O2 extension harnesses and im getting p0037 and p0057 codes, They say Circuit Low Bank ????
I bought everything from URD. I dont know whats wrong, i thought i bought everything to make this work right. I put the O2 sensors in the collector hole and plugged the upper primary hole. Please help.

 

Bank 2 sensor 2 is your driver side O2 sensor. The rear sensor, on the driver side which is plugged into the O2 simulator.

Something is wrong with your connection possibly.

Edit*** I originally only checked for the P0057. The P0037 is the pasenger side O2 as well. Something isn't connected p properly with your O2 simulator.
