On that link, when you choose the "N3" shocks option as you said you have, notice how the spacers go away? That's because it's one or the other.

I believe they sent you BOTH by mistake possibly and you installed both, so as everyone has said you have stacked lifts. Take the spacers out.

Is that an in coil spacer under the puck?

 

Would it not be like a non-adjustable preload strut set to 3”? Using stock coils?

 

nah thats the rubber pad thats normally seated under the tophat

 

Is it possible the Op torqued the Uca at full droop instead of with load applied causing them to bind?

No wonder your UCA is hitting even at ride height...

Yeah someone screwed up and sent you the spacer with that kit. All you need to do is remove the spacer and you’ll be golden.

Is the front higher than the rear? It should be a noticeable difference.
