Ding! You sir win the prize. ;)

Why thank you. If only there was a vendor out there that would make a well built TUBE bumper for the first gen with options for lights and a winch. Sigh..... :p

Thanks Aaron. When's the next time you think you might head up this way? I'd like to check out your truck in person one day.

So I installed a Magnaflow muffler. I heard a fellow TW member's Magnaflow and was quite pleased with sound. It's not completely overbearing and had a nice tone to it. Since I was doing it, I went ahead and decided to increase the pipe diameter to 2.5" and I figured it would help the s/c breathe.

I cut off the old exhaust right after the rear oxygen sensor. For hanging the muffler, decided not to reinvent the wheel. Just cut off the old hanger from the stock muffler and welded it on to the back of the muffler.

As for the muffler itself, I got the 18" Magnaflow with a offset inlet and a center outlet. I went this route so I could get a strait piece of pipe to run from after the oxygen sensor to the offset side of the muffler. No bends needed. Since I have the rear LT, I dump the exhaust down right after the muffler. For this I picked up a 2.5" mandrel bent 90 degree elbow from Summit racing. Cut it down a little bit and done.

Installed my Hi-Lift Jack this weekend. I ended up having to buy the 60" one in order to get my rear wheels off the ground when jacking it up from the rear bumper.

I used the actual Hi-Lift Mounting brackets to mount to the side of the bed. Fits like a glove. I cut up some backing plates out of some extra stock I had for the brackets. Quick coat of paint and voila.

I don't plan on having this in the truck all the time, only when playing in the dirt.

Actually I'm waiting on a call back from Camburg right now. I dunno wtf is up with those guys. I called and emailed for a price on new bushings/uniballs and I'm still waiting. Depending on how much that is depends on how much I offer the guy.

    Thanks

you know... i sucks to say, but camburgs customer service has really gone down hill lately. they dont take very good care of the little people anymore now that they have gotten into trophy truck building and racing...

the only reason i'm encouraging you to buy that kit is because it's a good deal on a used kit and your money wont be going into camburgs pocket (except for the replacement parts). if you were to buy new, i'd tell you to not give camburg your money. the way scott and jerry have treated some of their customers on dez rangers, over some of their products that have failed... i wont buy from camburg again.

Yeah I'm certainly starting to see why. I'm gonna give them another call on Monday. If I still don't get ahold of anyone, fuck em, it wasn't meant to be.
